Andrei Rădulescu” al Academiei Române, unde este conducător de doctorat; profesor universitar; arbitru la Curtea de Arbitraj Comercial Internaţional de pe lângă Camera de Comerţ şi Industrie a României; judecător ad hoc la Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului; președinte Societatea de Științe Juridice. Scrie articole și cărți în domeniile dreptului european, dreptului afacerilor și arbitraj comercial. Este membru în colegiul de redacţie al Pandectelor Române. Prof. univ. dr. Daniel-Mihail Şandru este Redactor șef al Revista Române de Drept European.
