Dr. Roxana Vornicu, avocat specializat în construcții și achiziții publice, este cercetător asociat la King's College London din 2020. Deține un doctorat în dreptul achizițiilor publice, obținut în cadrul unui program doctoral desfășurat în Italia, Regatul Unit și Franța. A fost cercetător post-doctoral la Universitatea din Torino, Italia, unde și-a concentrat cercetările asupra organismelor centrale de achiziții și asupra unei analize comparative a acordurilor-cadru în UE. A predat la Saïd Business School, Universitatea Oxford şi la Universitatea din Stuttgart în cadrul cursului de master „International Construction: Practice and Law (MBE)”.
